Increases the bonding ability of En-Rock Type F Base and En-Rock Sand Coat to strong, dense concrete and masonry surfaces
Reduces amount of mix water required
Reduces evapporative loss of mix water from the surfaces of freshly placed mixes, which promotes better hydration of the cement and reduces cracking
