Parex's exterior insulation and finish systems are properly designed and will function when the systems are installed in accordance with Parex's details and specifications.

Building products provided by others, such as windows, sealants and flashings must also be designed and installed properly and meet building codes and standards.

Because of differing requirements of local code bodies and individual building codes, and because of changing construction practices, Parex's current policy is that only Water Master systems with drainage may be used for single family wood framed or wood sheathed residential structures.
